| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na možnosti využití drobných industriálních památek. Teoretická část práce vysvětluje pojem průmyslové dědictví a zabývá se hodnotami industriálních památek a jejich ochranou. Zaobírá se konverzí, animací a site specific art. Dále se věnuje vývoji pražské čtvrti Smíchov a jeho industriální a železniční historii. Cílem praktické části práce je na konkrétním příkladu ukázat krátkodobou konverzi drobné industriální stavby, popsat ji z ekonomického a kulturního hlediska a nastínit její budoucí vývoj. V závěru práce jsou uvedeny další podobné příklady industriálních objektů, kterých se fenomén konverze taktéž dotýká. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor's thesis is focused on the small industrial buildings. The theoretical part explains the terms industrial heritage and focuses on values of industrial heritage and their protection. The work defines terms conversion, animation and site specific art. It describes the development of the district of Prague Smíchov and history of the industry and the railways in this part of the city. The practical part of the thesis aims to show the concrete example of short-term conversion, describe its cultural and economic sides and sketch the future of building. The work shows another similar industrial objects that have been already revitalized. |
