| Abstract: | Diploma thesis analyzes the European market from the perspective of foreign direct investment. It compares the main conditions for entry of foreign direct investment into two European countries, Germany and Slovakia. The analysis focuses on the investment incentives, taxes, labor market and innovation, research and development. At the end, the diploma thesis identifies the main fact, which influence the entry strategies of foreign direct investments to European market |

| Abstract: | Diplomová práca analyzuje Európsky trh z pohľadu vstupu priamej zahraničnej investície. Porovnáva základné podmienky vstupu priamej zahraničnej investícií v dvoch európskych krajinách, Nemecku a Slovensku. Analýza sa zameriava na investičné stimuly, dane, pracovný trh a inovácie, výskum a vývoj. Na záver práce sú identifikované fakty, ktoré ovplyvňujú stratégie vstupu priamych zahraničných investícií na Európsky trh. |
