| Abstract: | Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku controllingu, jak v teoretické, tak v praktické rovině. Teoretická část je věnována definicím, různým analýzám, specifikům a metodám, které jsou v controllingu využívány. Dále je toto téma propojeno s vnitřním trhem EU, jeho vývojem a funkčností, na němž operuje v praktické části zkoumaná společnost. Španělská firma vyrábějící vlajky hodlá dodávat téměř do všech evropských zemí. Cílem je zhodnocení situace společnosti a potvrzení funkčnosti obchodu v EU. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis is focused on controlling both on the theoretical and practical level. The theoretical part presents the definitions, various concepts, specifics and methods of controlling. This topic is connected with EU Internal market, its development and functioning, where operates analyzed company in practical section. Spanish company producing flags aims to distribute to almost all European countries. The purpose of this thesis is to analyze and evaluate company and declare function of EU internal market. |
