| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá oceněním společnosti LOMAX & Co s.r.o., která patří k největším výrobcům garážových vrat v České republice. Účelem ocenění je určení tržní hodnoty společnosti LOMAX & Co s. r. o. Odhad hodnoty je proveden metodou diskontovaných peněžních toků (typ entity) a metodou tržního porovnání pomocí odvětvových multiplikátorů. Součástí diplomové práce je finanční a strategická analýza, vymezení provozního majetku společnosti, určení generátorů hodnoty a finanční plán. Analýzy jsou podpořeny přehlednými tabulkami a grafy. Na závěr je na základě všech předchozích analýz uveden odhad tržní hodnoty společnosti. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis is focused on the valuation of the LOMAX & Co s.r.o. The company is one of the biggest manufacturs of door gates in the Czech republic. The aim of the valuation is to estimate the market value of the company while using the methods of DCF Entity and Branch Multipliers. The parts of the thesis are financial and strategic analysis, operational asset allocation, value drivers and the estimated financial plan. The text is supplemented by arranged tables and graphs. At the end of the text there is an estimated market value of the company. |
