| Abstract: | Práce analyzuje možnosti expanze malé úklidové společnosti na nové trhy v rámci České republiky. Rozebírá výhody i nevýhody jednotlivých metod expanze. Zaměřuje se na metodu spojení podniků, vytvoření vlastní pobočkové sítě, franchisingu a metodu OSVČ. Práce dále analyzuje vhodné trhy pro činnost malé úklidové společnosti, a to na úrovni krajů a měst. Stručně je rovněž analyzována konkurence na vybraných trzích, především nabídka konkurenčních služeb a cen. |

| Abstract: | The Bachelor's thesis analyses the possibilities of expansion of a small cleaning company to new markets at the Czech republic. The advantages and disadvantages of all methods are discussed. It concerns about merger, own subsidiaries, franchising and OSVČ method. The thesis analyses appropriate markets for the business of cleaning company, especially at levels of districts and towns. It also briefly analyses the competition at the chosen markets, especially services and prices of competitors. |
