| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá otázkou prezidentských režimů států Uzbekistán, Turkmenistán a Tádžikistán. Hlavním cílem práce je analýza některých složek prezidentských režimů jednotlivých států. Na základě zjištěných skutečností bude potvrzena či vyvrácena hypotéza, že v případě těchto republik se fakticky nejedná o prezidentské režimy. Práce je dělena do tří hlavních částí. V první, teoretické kapitole, se práce zabývá obecnou charakteristikou prezidentských režimů, demokratickými a nedemokratickými režimy a specifiky Střední Asie jako jsou hybridní režimy, klanové struktury a otázka islámu v jednotlivých zemích. Druhá až čtvrtá kapitola se zaměří na analýzu jednotlivých prezidentských režimů. Pro lepší uchopení výstupů jsou kapitoly volně členěny do několika subkapitol: osoby prezidentů těchto republik, ústavní zakotvení režimů a prezidentských pravomocí, kulty osobností prezidentů, klanové struktury a okrajově se dotknou ideologií jednotlivých států a lidskoprávních otázek. Poslední, pátá kapitola, porovná výstupy z druhé až čtvrté kapitoly, komparuje je s teoretickou kapitolou a odpovídá na cíl práce. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of the presidential systems of Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan and Tajikistan. The main goal is the analysis of several elements of the particular states. Based on the findings, I will confirm or disprove the hypothesis, that these republics are in fact not presidential regimes. The thesis consists of three parts. The first, theoretical chapter, deals with the general characteristics of the presidential systems, democratic and non-democratic systems and the specifics of Central Asia such as: hybrid systems, clan structures and the issue of Islam in individual countries. The second to fourth chapter will concentrate on the analysis of the particular presidential systems. The chapters are loosely divided into several subchapters for better understanding of the outputs: the presidents of these republics, how the regime and the presidential powers are defined in the constitution, presidential personality cults, clan structures and I will briefly comment on national ideologies and human rights issues. The fifth and last chapter contrasts the outputs from the second to fourth chapters, compares them with the theoretical chapter and corresponds to the aim of the thesis. |
