| Abstract: | Práce se věnuje konceptu udržitelného rozvoje cestovního ruchu a jeho aplikování na konkrétní destinaci Rumunsko. Cílem práce je zhodnocení současného stavu udržitelného rozvoje cestovního ruchu v Rumunsku a nastínění možností, které by vedly ke zlepšení situace v této destinaci. První kapitola se zabývá základními pojmy a teorií, týkající se udržitelného rozvoje cestovního ruchu. Druhá kapitola představuje Rumunsko jako destinaci cestovního ruchu a popisuje příjezdový a domácí cestovní ruch Rumunska. Třetí kapitola analyzuje udržitelný rozvoj cestovního ruchu v Rumunsku na základě bariér v jeho rozvoji, indikátorů a dotazníkového šetření. Závěrečná kapitola je zasvěcena závěrečnému zhodnocení, SWOT analýze, systémy ekologické certifikace a podpoře ze strany institucí. |

| Abstract: | The thesis deals with the concept of sustainable tourism development and its application in destination Romania. The goal of this thesis is an evaluation of the present condition of sustainable tourism development in Romania and to introduce some possibilities which would have a positive influence on the situation in this destination. The first chapter deals with the basic terms and the theory of the sustainable tourism development. In the second chapter Romania is introduced as a tourism destination and the incoming and domestic tourism are described here. The third chapter analyses the sustainable tourism development in Romania according to the barriers in its development, sustainability indicators and questionnaire survey. The last chapter is dedicated to final evaluation, SWOT analysis, ecolabelling systems and institutions' promotion. |
