| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je analýza právní úpravy institutu oddlužení a jeho ekonomických aspektů v České republice. První část práce se zaměřuje na popis okolností, které provázely vznik institutu oddlužení. Popisuje socioekonomickou situaci domácností, která vedla k nutnosti zavedení institutu oddlužení do českého práva, dále se věnuje vzniku registrů, kontrolních mechanismů napomáhajících zodpovědnému chování spotřebitelů na finančním trhu. Druhá část se věnuje právní úpravě oddlužení, tedy zákonu č. 182/2006 Sb. o úpadku a způsobech jeho řešení (insolvenční zákon), přičemž zohledňuje novelu insolvenčního zákona, zákon č. 294/2013 Sb. Třetí část je zaměřena na vývoj využívání oddlužení v České republice od jeho vzniku po první čtvrtletí roku 2015. |

| Abstract: | The target of this bachelor thesis is the analyses of the legal regulation of debt relief in Czech Republic and of the economic aspects of this regulation. The first part focuses on the social background and social-economic circumstances in Czech Republic present when the regulation of debt relief was established. The first part describes the economic situation of households which led to establishment of debt relief in Czech law, the chapter further describes the mechanism of the registers, economic control mechanisms. Second part of this theses focuses on legal regulation of discharge of debts, act no 182/2006 Coll. Insolvency and its resolution (Insolvency act), taking into account the revision of Insolvency act by the act no 294/2013 Coll. The third part is focused on the development and usage of discharge of debt in Czech Republic. |
