| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na profesní etiku související s účetnictvím. Hlavním zdrojem jsou etické kodexy pro profesní účetní existující v České republice. Práce má několik hlavních cílů. Nejprve zjistit, jak jsou na tom necertifikovaní účetní se znalostí etických norem, případně zvýšit povědomí o nich. Dále zjistit kolik účetních bylo někdy požádáno o zkreslení účetních dat. V neposlední řadě rozebrat několik situací, v nichž bude postava fiktivního účetního řešit etická dilemata. Cílem je, aby se čtenář zamyslel nad postupnými kroky rozhodovacího procesu, nad tím, jak by jednal on sám na místě fiktivního účetního a nad závěrečným řešením. V závěru celou práci shrnu a navrhnu opatření, která by mohla zlepšit situaci, ať už z hlediska dodržování zákonných a etických norem, vzdělávání apod. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis is focused on professional ethics in connection with accounting. Codes of ethics for chartered accountants, which exist in the Czech republic are main sources for the thesis. There are several main objectives. The first objective is to find out what not-chartered accountants know about ethical standards and if need be to improve their knowledge. The second one is to find out how many accountants have been asked for misrepresentation of final accounts. The other objective is to do analysis of situations, in which a fictional accountant solves ethical issues. The goal of the analysis is to encourage a reader to think about the process of making decisions, about what he would do if he were the accountant, and about the final solution. In closing I want to suggest some measures, which could improve current situation better, from the regulatory and ethical stadards compliance, education etc point of view. |
