| Abstract: | Práce je zaměřena na hospodaření nižších územních samosprávných celků -- obcí. V této souvislosti vymezuje postavení obce v rámci veřejného sektoru, popisuje pravidla hospodaření s peněžními prostředky a majetkem. Vymezuje výdaje a příjmy obcí, a to jak daňové, tak nedaňové včetně transferů a přijatých dotací. Druhá část se práce se zabývá obecním rozpočtem, zejména jeho sestavováním, změnami a tříděním ve formě, jakou vyžaduje zákon. Tato teoretická základna je pak východiskem pro analýzu hospodaření obce Průhonice v letech 2010 -- 2014. Praktická část je orientována především na významné položky příjmů a výdajů, sleduje oblasti, do kterých obec nejvíce investuje a také vývoj těchto investic v časovém horizontu pěti let. |

| Abstract: | The thesis focuses on money management of municipalities. It describes position of municipalities within public sector in the Czech Republic and it states rules of manipulation with money and property. It also mentions expenses and incomes such as tax incomes, transfers or subsidies. The second part is concerned with budgeting of municipalities, mainly with drawing up, changes and classification according to legal rules. This theoretical basis is a starting point for analysis of money management of Průhonice in last five years. The practical part of thesis follows up significant incomes and expenses. It researches areas where the most money is invested in and also the trend of investments during last 5 years. |
