| Abstract: | Cílem bakalářské práce je zpracovat finanční analýzu společnosti JUTA a. s. v období let 2008-2013 a nastínit její krátkodobý finanční plán pro rok následující. Práce se skládá ze tří částí. První část popisuje metodiku, vymezuje jednotlivé postupy sloužící k ohodnocení finanční situace podniku. Druhá část se zabývá samotnou finanční analýzou. Vypočtené hodnoty poměrových ukazatelů jsou porovnávány s průměrnými hodnotami v příslušném odvětví zveřejněnými Ministerstvem průmyslu a obchodu ČR včetně spider grafu. Dále na zjištěná data společnosti jsou aplikovány bankrotní a bonitní modely. SWOT analýza se zaměřuje na identifikaci silných a slabých stránek společnosti, jejich hrozeb a příležitostí. V závěru práce je nastíněn finanční plán pro rok 2014, který obsahuje plánovaný výkaz zisku a ztráty a plánovanou rozvahu. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor thesis is to perform a financial analysis of the company JUTA a. s. for the period 2008-2013 and to outline its short-term financial plan for the following year. The thesis consists of three parts. The first one describes methodology, defines the procedure used for evaluation of the financial situation of the company. The second part deals with financial analysis itself. The computed values of ratio indicators are compared with the average values in a textile industry including a radar chart. These values have been published by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic. Models for predicting bankruptcy and creditworthy models are applied to the data of the company. SWOT analysis focuses on identification of internal and external factors. A short-term financial plan for the year 2014 is outlined in the concluding part of the thesis, which consists of planned statement of profit and loss account and planned balance sheet. |
