| Abstract: | Cílem diplomové práce je sestavit konkrétní podnikatelský plán a ověřit jeho konkurenceschopnost v praxi. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část, přičemž teoretická část se zabývá základními pojmy související s podnikáním a podnikatelským plánem, především jak se sestavuje, jaká by měla být jeho podoba a co by mělo být jeho součástí. V praktické části je sestaven konkrétní podnikatelský plán na existující internetový obchod s dárkovým zbožím. Mimo jiné je praktická část zaměřena na marketingový plán internetového obchodu a reálné zhodnocení výsledků jednotlivých druhů marketingové komunikace. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the dissertation is a business plan concept and verification of its competitiveness in practice. The thesis is divided into a theoretical part, I focus on basic business terms and the actual business plan, mainly why and how the thesis is conceived, how it should look like and what should be in. In the practical part I describe how to set the business plan for an existing internet shop with gifts. The practical part is also focused on a marketing plan of online store and real appreciation of the results of the various types of marketing communication. |
