| Abstract: | Cílem bakalářské práce s tématem "Zakladatelský finanční projekt -- založení sportovního centra s výživovým poradenstvím v Nymburce, VANCentrum" je vypracování detailního finančního plánu, který využívá informací ze zakladatelského rozpočtu. Jedná se o založení sportovního centra a následný odhad finančních výkazů, který ověří reálnost celého podniku. V teoretické části jsou uvedeny základní pojmy dané problematiky a postup při zakládání vlastní společnosti. Dále jsou uvedeny části podnikatelského plánu a detailně rozvedené finanční plánování. V praktické části je definován postup při založení konkrétního podniku, zavedení cen služeb, odhad pesimistické verze finančního plánu a sestavení výkazů. Na závěr je uvedena proveditelnost plánu a vysvětlení celkového postupu s ohledem na různé komplikace při sestavení projektu. |

| Abstract: | The purpose of the bachelor thesis titled "Founding financial project -VANCentrum" is to work out the detailed financial plan which uses information from founding budget. It is about establishment of the sports centre and about estimation financial reports which authenticate reality of this business. The theoretical part contains basic terminology, the way how to proceed when the business is set, parts of the business plan and financial plan. The practical part comprises definition of the process of the business setting, business prize introduction, estimation of pesimistic version of the financial plan and building reports. Reality of the plan and the the overall process explanation considering different complications of the business compilation are mentioned in the end of the thesis. |
