| Abstract: | Diplomová práce je zaměřená na behaviorální a experimentální ekonomii. V teoretické části jsou charakterizovány základní koncepty, teorie a jejich východiska, které jsou zároveň uvedeny do historických souvislostí a kontextu. Dále se práce zabývá analýzou možnosti aplikace behaviorální a experimentální ekonomie v praxi s akcentem na veřejné finance včetně rozboru a popisu současného stavu. V analytické části byl na základě ekonometrického modelu za použití Grangerovy kauzality analyzován behaviorální koncept status quo při využití relativně nedávné hospodářské krize jako referenčního bodu. Výstupy z ekonometrické analýzy potvrdily výsledky vizuálního rozboru dané problematiky a verifikovali zmíněný behaviorální koncept na makroekonomických datech. |

| Abstract: | The thesis is focused on behavioral and experimental economics. It is divided in two parts, where one is devoted to overview of the theory and the other contains application of the described theory in practice. The theoretical part describes the basic concepts and theories in relation within historical context. The thesis analyses the possibilities, when behavioral and experimental economics may be applied in practice. In particular, emphasis is put on public finance and case studies, where the theory is applied in practice currently. Further, the analytical part analysis behavioral concept status quo based on Granger causality in econometric analysis of Latvian economy before and after economic crises (or analyses behavioral concept status quo in econometric analysis of Latvian economy before and after economic crises of 2008, by applying Granger causality method). The outputs confirmed the behavioral concept. |
