| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá založením nové fotobanky na trhu v České republice a na Slovensku. Cílem práce je poukázat na problematiku nelegálního použití fotografií a nabídnout řešení pro každého. Teoretická část se zabývá vysvětlením základních pojmů, popisem podnikatelského plánu. Dále jsou zde rozvedeny možnosti metod a analýz potřebné k vypracování plánu. Podstatou praktické části je vytvoření podnikatelského plánu. Ten pomocí finančního modelu a jiných ukazatelů vyhodnocuje, zda je plán reálný a je možné v pěti letech dosáhnout zisku. V závěru jsou shrnuty výsledky analýz, nedostatky a přednosti tohoto podnikatelského plánu. |

| Abstract: | Bachelor thesis deals with setting up a new photobank on the market in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. The aim is to highlight the issue of illegal usage and offer solutions for everyone. The theoretical part deals with the explanation of basic terms, a description of the business plan. There are also options elaborated methods and analyses needed to draw up the plan. The essence of the practical part is to create a business plan. Using the financial model and other indicators to evaluate whether it is realistic and can be achieved within five years of earnings. The conclusion summarizes the results of analyzes, strengths and weaknesses of the business plan. |
