| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je provést finanční analýzu firmy Geomine a. s., podnikající v odvětví: Výroba kovových konstrukcí a kovodělných výrobků, kromě strojů a zařízení, za roky 2009 až 2013 a sestavit finanční plán. V první části této práce je popsáno vymezení metodiky, postupů a ukazatelů finanční analýzy, které jsou dále využity v navazující praktické části. Ta shrnuje samotné provedení finanční analýzy i v porovnání s konkurencí v podobě odvětví a vybraných podniků. Poté je ověřena pomocí bankrotního a bonitního modelu. Nakonec je sestaven finanční plán na rok 2014, který prognózuje budoucí vývoj. Závěr zahrnuje celkové hodnocení hospodaření podniku. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this thesis is to perform a financial analysis of the company Geomine a. s. doing business in sector: Manufacture of fabricated metal products, except machinery and equipment from 2009 to 2013 and to draw up a financial plan. In the first part of this thesis is described the definition of the methodology, procedures and financial analysis ratios, which are then used in the following practical part. The practical part summarizes the actual implementation of financial analysis and in comparing with selected competitive companies and sectors. After that it is verified through bankruptcy and credibility model. Finally, the financial plan for the year 2014 is drawn up and predicts future development. The conclusion includes an overall assessment of economic activities of the company. |
