| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá strategickou analýzou stavebního průmyslu. Jejím cílem je zhodnotit celkovou atraktivitu odvětví, sumarizovat faktory, které působí na jeho vnější a vnitřní okolí, a následně provést prognózu vývoje tržeb do budoucna. V první části práce je popsána metodika jednotlivých kroků sestavení strategické analýzy. Druhá část obsahuje obecný úvod a základní charakteristiky stavebnictví, PEST analýzu, Porterovu analýzu konkurenčních sil a prognózu vývoje tržeb v letech 2014-2016 sestavenou na základě regresní analýzy. |

| Abstract: | This bachalor thesis is focused on strategic analysis of the building industry. The aim of this work is to evaluate the attractiveness of the sector, summarize the factors that affect external and internal surroundings of the civil engineering and then to forecast development of sales in the future. The first part describes the methodology of the individual steps of strategic analysis. The second part contains a general introduction and some basic characteristics of construction industry, PEST analysis, Porter five forces analysis and prognosis of revenues in 2014-2016 based on regression analysis. |
