| Abstract: | Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce na téma "Sankční politika EU a její dopady do finančního sektoru" je analýza dopadů restriktivních opatřeních uvalených Evropskou unií v reakci na Ukrajinskou krizi na český finanční sektor. V práci jsou charakterizovány jednotlivé kroky Evropské unie při rozhodování o uplatnění omezujících opatření, stejně tak i druhy sankčních režimů. Práce se dále věnuje českému bankovnímu systému s akcentem na jeho vlastnickou strukturu. V praktické části jsou analyzovány změny, které po uložení restriktivních opatření podstoupily české finanční instituce. Interní změny a změny ve struktuře poskytovaných služeb jsou demonstrovány na České exportní bance, Exportní garanční a pojišťovací společnosti a vybraných komerčních bankách, jimiž jsou Československá obchodní banka a Sberbank CZ. Závěrečná kapitola je věnována analýze případných následků vyřazení ruských bank ze skupiny uživatelů telekomunikační sítě, která je provozována Společností pro celosvětovou mezibankovní finanční telekomunikaci (SWIFT). |

| Abstract: | The main purpose of the bachelor's thesis "Sanction policy EU and its impact to the Czech financial system" is the analysis of impacts of the restrictive measures, imposed by EU in response to the Ukraine crisis, on the Czech financial system. In the thesis there are characterised particular steps of the European Union in the process of deciding about the restrictive measures as well as the different kinds of sanctions regimes. In this thesis I also devote the Czech banking system with emphasis on its structure of ownership. There are analysed changes in the Czech financial institutions implemented after the imposition of the restrictive measures in the practical part of the thesis. Internal changes and the changes in the structure of provided services and products are demonstrated on the Ceska exportni banka, the Export Guarantee and Insurance Corporation and other commercial banks Ceskoslovenska obchodni banka and Sberbank CZ. The last part of the thesis is dedicated to the analysis of the potential consequences exclusion of the Russian banks from the group of users of telecommunication net, that is provided by Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunication (SWIFT). |
