| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá starobními a především pozůstalostními důchody v České republice. První kapitola je zaměřena na tři důchodové pilíře, které v současné době tvoří systém důchodové zabezpečení v České republice. Druhá kapitola podrobně rozebírá podobu starobních a pozůstalostních důchodů. Zabývá se podmínkami nároku a konstrukcí uvedených důchodů. V poslední kapitole je provedena analýza hospodaření dvou typů domácností starobních důchodců, zkoumá se zde spravedlnost v oblasti vdovských a vdoveckých důchodů a je zde navržena možná změna ve výplatě vdovských a vdoveckých důchodů. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with old-age and primarily survivors' pensions in the Czech Republic. The first chapter focuses on the three pension pillars, which currently create pension system in the Czech Republic. The second chapter analyses the form of old-age and survivors' pensions. It deals with the conditions of entitlement and construction of mentioned pensions. In the last chapter there is analysed the economy of two households with old-age pensioners, there is examined justice in the area of widow and widower pensions and also suggested a possible change in the payment of widow and widower pensions. |
