| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá finanční analýzou firmy RUDOLF JELÍNEK, a.s. v období let 2009 až 2013 a je rozdělena na čtyři části. První část je metodická, je v ní popsán význam finanční analýzy, použité metody a ukazatele. Druhá část představuje zkoumanou společnost jako takovou. Třetí část posuzuje hospodářské klima během sledovaných let a upozorňuje na specifika odvětví výroby alkoholických nápojů. V poslední, praktické části je provedena finanční analýza podniku RUDOLF JELÍNEK, a.s. Nejprve se analyzují účetní výkazy a poté se posuzují ukazatele rentability, aktivity, zadluženosti a likvidity. Po analýze fondu finančních prostředků a pyramidálním rozkladu rentability vlastního kapitálu je podnik hodnocen na základě bankrotních a bonitních modelů. Na závěr je provedeno porovnání s konkurencí pomocí spider grafu a finální zhodnocení sledované firmy. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis performs a financial analysis of Rudolf Jelinek company in the period between 2009 and 2013. The paper consists of four parts. The first part is the methodological one and explains the importance of financial analysis, its methods and indicators. The second section provides an overview of the chosen company. The third part assesses economic climate over the observed period and indicates the specifics of the alcoholic beverages industry. The last section is the practical one and conducts the financial analysis of the RUDOLF JELÍNEK company. The section begins with a financial statements analysis, with a consequent examination of profitability, liquidity, indebtedness and company's activity. After analyzing funds and pyramidal decomposition of return on equity indicator, the company is assessed through the lenses of bankruptcy and creditworthy models. In conclusion, a comparison with competitors on a spider graph is made and the overall evaluation of the company is presented. |
