| Abstract: | Prace se zabyva trhem prace a uplatneni hercu v Ceske republice. Teoreticka cast objasnuje trh prace v herecke sfere a definuje zakladni pojmy jako jsou herec ci casting. Popisuje samotny proces ziskavani hereckych pracovniku, prostredi vyberu a je nastineno i pracovne pravni prostredi. V prakticke casti se nachazi kvantitativni a kvalitativni vyzkum, objasnujici uplatneni v herectvi v soucasnosti. Cilem je objasneni soucasne situace uplatneni v herectvi, za pomoci vyzkumu. |

| Abstract: | This thesis focuses on the labor market and actors employability in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part describes the theory of labor market in the performing area and defines basic concepts such as actor or casting. It describes the recruitment process of actors, casting environment and also legal environment. The content of the practical part is research, qualitative and quantitative, which maps the employability of actors in current situation. The aim of the thesis is to clarify the situation using research results. |
