| Abstract: | Předmětem bakalářské práce "Úrokové výnosy a náklady stavebních spořitelen v období nízkých úrokových sazeb" je analýza celkových úrokových nákladů a výnosů stavebních spořitelen mezi lety 2010-2014. Dílčím cílem práce je porovnání vývoje těchto nákladů a výnosů v letech a mezi jednotlivými stavebními spořitelnami navzájem. Důležitou částí práce je také zjištění a popis příčin, které ke změnám vedly. První kapitola práce je věnována historii a charakteristice stavebních spořitelen, popisu produktu stavebního spoření a možnostech jeho využití při financování bydlení. Další část práce je určena analýze úrokových nákladů a výnosů. |

| Abstract: | The subject of the bachelor thesis The Interest Income and Expenses of Building Societies in the Period of Low Interest Rates is an analysis of the total interest incomes and expenses of building societies in time period from 2010 to 2014. The partial aim of the thesis is to compare the development of the expenses and incomes in the above mentioned time period and between individual building societies. The detection and description of the causes which led to the changes, constitute another important part of the thesis. The first part of the work is devoted to the history and characterization of building societies and it also includes the description of the product of building saving and the ways it can be used in the financing of housing. In the next of the work interest incomes and expenses are analyzed. |
