| Abstract: | Cílem diplomové práce je zpracování podnikatelského záměru na provoz penzionu s restaurací a wellness.Teoretická část práce se věnuje vymezení legislativy a náležitostí podnikatelského plánu a jeho struktuře. Praktickou částí práce je pak vytvoření konkrétního podnikatelského plánu. Práce je doplněna o grafiku jídelního lístku penzionu. |

Theory focuses on defining the legislation and requirements of the business plan and its structure. The practical part is to create a concrete business plan. The work is complemented by graphics menu the guest house. |
