| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá antidiskriminační legislativou v České republice a popisem reakce pojišťoven na zásah antidiskriminační směrnice do tuzemského pojistného trhu. Cílem této práce je analýza dopadů směrnice Rady 2004/113/ES (dále jen "antidiskriminační směrnice") na pojistný trh v České republice v porovnání s prognózami zveřejněnými v hromadných sdělovacích prostředcích a nynějším rozvojem pojistného trhu v Ruské federaci, kde se podobný zákon na kalkulaci pojistného nevztahuje. V této souvislosti je cílem práce odpovědět i na otázku, zda je antidiskriminační zákon efektivní v boji proti diskriminaci, jaké jsou jeho přínosy či nedostatky a zda jeho dopad opravdu výrazně ovlivnil pojistný trh. |

| Abstract: | Bachelor thesis deals with anti-discrimination legislation in the Czech Republic. Moreover, it describes the reaction of insurance companies in the Czech Republic. The aim of this thesis is to analyze the impact of Council Directive 2004/113 / EC on the insurance market in the Czech Republic compared with the forecasts, that had been published in the mass media, and the current development of the insurance market in the Russian Federation where a similar law on calculation of insurance does not cover. The thesis also answers the question whether the anti-discrimination law was effective in the context of discrimination. The thesis scrutinizes what are the benefits and drawbacks, and whether its impact really strongly affected the insurance market . |
