| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce s názvem "Implementace projektu ČSKS do podmínek českého trhu" pojednává o tématice kvality a certifikací v oblasti cestovního ruchu. Práce analyzuje důsledky zavedení oficiálního, jednotného systému -- Český systém kvality služeb - na trh, charakterizuje jeho podobu a výslednou realizaci. Stěžejní analýza se opírá o vlastní zkušenosti organizací, které úspěšně prošly procesem certifikace, čerpá z hromadných statistických údajů a zabývá se příčinnou nezájmu dosud necertifikovaných institucí. Získané výsledky budou základem pro interpretaci zhodnocení dopadu celého projektu na trh České republiky. |

| Abstract: | This Bachelor thesis deals with themes of a quality and certifications in the field of tourism. The main aim is to analyse the consequences of implementation of an official unified certification system -- Czech service quality system in the market, to characterize its form and final realization. The analysis is based on the experience of the certified organizations, it derives from the collective statistical figures and it is concerned with a disinterest of non-certified organizations. These results will be a ground for a benefit appraisal of this project in the Czech market. |
