| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou demografického vývoje a trhu práce Moravskoslezského kraje v letech 2004-2013 v kontextu nezaměstnanosti. Cílem práce je poskytnout ucelený pohled na vazbu demografického vývoje a nezaměstnanosti Moravskoslezského kraje, a to za pomoci zpracování analýzy demografického vývoje a trhu práce. Teoretická část se věnuje definování jednotlivých pojmů a ukazatelů použitých v rámci analýzy. Zároveň se zabývá teoretickou problematikou nezaměstnanosti. Praktickou část tvoří obecná charakteristika kraje, analýza trhu práce a demografická analýza Moravskoslezského kraje ve sledovaném období 2004-2013. Na základě výsledků analýz lze říci, že trh práce v kraji ovlivňuje zejména záporné migrační saldo, dlouhodobě stárnoucí obyvatelstvo a klesající počet obyvatel. |

| Abstract: | This thesis is focused on analysis of demographic development and labour market in Moravian-Silesian region in the period of 2004-2013 in the context of unemployment. The goal is to create a complex view of the connection between demographic development and unemployment in the Moravian-Silesian region through the analysis of demographic development and labour market. The theoretical part contains description of terms and indicators used in the analysis. It also concentrates on theoretical problematics of unemployment. The analytical part is focused on general characteristic of the region, analysis of the labour market and demographic analysis of the Moravian-Silesian region in the period of 2004-2013. Based on the results of the analysis we are able to say that the labour market in the region is mainly influenced by negative balance of migration, long term aging population and population decline. |
