Abstract: | Práca je pilotnou štúdiou v oblasti autentického leadershipu v našich krajinách a zaoberá sa predovšetkým vzťahom autentickosti leadrov a ich pracovnej úspešnosti. Tento vzťah je empiricky overovaný na vzorke 55 leadrov, pôsobiacich v najužšom vedení troch organizácií v Českej republike, Slovenskej republike a v Maďarsku. Pri výskume bol využitý Dotazník autentického leadershipu, ktorý je v súčasnosti považovaný za najviac výskumne podložený a validizovaný nástroj na meranie autentickosti v leadershipe. Dotazník bol za účelom tohto výskumu odborne preložený do českého, slovenského a maďarského jazyka a bola overená jeho spoľahlivosť. Výskum takisto overuje niektoré predpoklady autentického leadershipu a možnosti jeho rozvoja. Na základe empirických zistení sú formulované konkrétne doporučenia pre prácu s leadrami v organizačnej praxi v oblasti recruitmentu a rozvoja leadrov. |

Abstract: | This dissertation is a pilot study of Authentic Leadership theory in our countries and its main focus is on analysis of relationship between leaders'authenticity and their success at work. The relationship is empiricaly explored on a sample of 55 leaders coming from the top management of three companies in Czech republic, Slovakia and Hungary. Authentic Leadership Questionnaire that is currently considered being the most anchored in empirical research was used for measuring leaders' authenticity. The questionnaire was for the purpose of this research translated into Czech, Slovak and Hungarian language and its reliability was verified. The research is focusing as well on preconditions of authentic leadership and possibilities of its development. Based on the research results, there are concrete recommentations for work with leaders in organizations -- in recruitment and development of leaders formulated |
