| Abstract: | Diplomová práce "Controlling a Reporting ve firmě SITRONICS Telecom Solutions, Czech Republic a.s." se zabývá metodami a nástroji controllingu a reportingu ve společnosti SITRONICS Telecom Solutions, Czech Republic a.s. Cílem diplomové práce je popsat a zhodnotit controlling, rozpočetnictví a reporting ve společnosti SITRONICS Telecom Solutions, Czech Republic a.s., provést analýzu použitých postupů a metod a na základě teoretických poznatků doporučit změny, které povedou ke zlepšení stávajícího stavu. Teoretická část popisuje cíle, funkce a metody controllingu, rozpočetnictví a reportingu. V praktické části se diplomová práce zabývá popisem stávajících metod a procesů, používaných společností v oblasti controllingu, rozpočetnictví a reportingu a na základě srovnání teoretických předpokladů s podnikovou praxí navrhuje opatření a změny ve fungování controllingu, rozpočetnictví a reportingu ve společnosti. |

| Abstract: | Thesis "Controlling and Reporting in the company JSC SITRONICS Telecom Solutions, Czech Republic" concerns the methods and tools of controlling and reporting in the company JSC SITRONICS Telecom Solutions, Czech Republic. The thesis's goal is to describe and evaluate controlling, budgeting and reporting in the company JSC SITRONICS Telecom Solutions, Czech Republic, to analyse the used processes and methods and based on the theoretical knowledge to recommend changes to improve the current system. The theoretical part describes the goals, functions and methods of controlling, budgeting and reporting. The practical part of the thesis describes the current methods and processes used by the company in the controlling, budgeting and reporting area and by comparing the theoretical assumptions of business practice proposes measures changes in the functioning of controlling, budgeting and reporting in the company. |
