| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá dopadem hospodářské krize na hospodaření města Rtyně v Podkrkonoší. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, to na část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická kapitola obsahuje charakteristiku obce, rozdělení příjmů a výdajů, strategie měst při fiskálním stresu. V praktické části práce se věnujeme analýze hospodaření města v letech 2009-2013. Tato kapitola obsahuje představení města, analýzu příjmů a výdajů ve sledovaném období, ukazatel zadluženosti. Cílem práce je zjistit, zda byl dopad hospodářské krize na město významný nebo nevýznamný. Dále nás zajímá, jak zareagovalo město na snížení příjmů plynoucích do rozpočtu města. |

| Abstract: | This thesis examines the impact of the economic crisis on the economy of the town Rtyně v Podkrkonoší. The work is divided into two parts, namely the theoretical and practical. The theoretical chapter contains the characteristics of the municipality, the distribution of income and expenditure, the city's strategy in fiscal stress. In the practical part is devoted to the analysis of city management in 2009-2013. This chapter contains a presentation of the city, an analysis of income and expenditure in the period, debt indicator. The aim is to determine whether the impact of the economic crisis on the city significant or insignificant. Furthermore, we are interested in how the city responded to the reduction of income earned in the city budget. |
