| Abstract: | Tématem této diplomové práce je podnikatelský plán. Teoretická část se zabývá zásadami při jeho tvorbě a popisuje metody analýzy vnitřního a vnějšího prostředí. Praktická část zpracovává podnikatelský plán pro nově vznikající úklidovou společnost XY s.r.o. včetně finančního plánu. V závěru jsou vyhodnoceny jednotlivé výsledky. |
