| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá domovní a bytovou výstavbou na vybraném území Středočeského kraje. Analyzuje vývoj domovního a bytového fondu v souvislosti se suburbanizací. Zaměřuje se především na ukazatele výstavby, jako je počet zahájených a dokončených bytů, struktura fondu a intenzita bytové výstavby. Na základě získaných dat jsou regiony na úrovni správních obvodů obcí s rozšířenou působností rozděleny do tří kategorií dle sledované intenzity v celém časovém období. |

| Abstract: | The thesis deals with housing construction and dwellings in the region of Stredocesky kraj. Analyses the progress and development of the housing and dwelling stock in connection with suburbanization. Focuses primarily on construction indicators, such as started and completed dwellings, the structure of the stock and the rate of dwelling construction. On basis of obtained data, the Municipalities with Extended Powers are sorted in three categories based on the rate of dwelling construction throughout the time period. |
