| Abstract: | Cílem práce je poukázat na problematiku demografického stárnutí populace České republiky. V České republice dochází jak ke stárnutí relativnímu, které je způsobeno snižováním porodnosti, tak ke stárnutí absolutnímu, které je způsobeno zlepšováním se úmrtnosti a následně prodlužováním střední délky života. Diplomová práce poukazuje na vývoj ukazatelů, které se stárnutím populace souvisejí. V práci je také nastíněn budoucí vývoj počtu obyvatelstva. Předpoklad budoucího vývoje byl zjištěn vytvořenou projekcí obyvatelstva České republiky do roku 2062. V souvislosti se stárnutím populace je diplomová práce zaměřena na bydlení pro seniory. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the thesis is to point out problems of demographic population aging in the Czech Republic. The Czech Republic is dealing with relative population aging which is caused by decreasing of fertility, as well as with absolute population aging caused by improving mortality and subsequently prolonging life expectancy. The thesis shows the development of indicators which are related to the population aging. It also outlines the future of a population development. The future development of the population of the Czech Republic was created according to the population projection to the year 2062. In connection to the population aging, the thesis is focused on housing for seniors. |
