| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá leasingovým a úvěrovým financováním investic podniku. Klade si za cíl vyhodnotit pomocí komparativní analýzy výhodnější formu financování v podmínkách ČR. V teoretické části práce jsou detailně popsány obě formy financování, jejich členění, včetně právních, daňových a účetních aspektů. V praktické části je pozornost věnována analýze trhu, vývoji objemu leasingových a úvěrových obchodů s komentářem výraznějších změn ve vývoji. Jsou zhodnoceny výhody a nevýhody spojené s oběma formami financování, jež by měl brát podnik v úvahu při rozhodování o formě investování. Pomocí metody diskontovaných výdajů je provedena analýza vhodnosti financování na konkrétních nabídkách leasingové společnosti Raiffeisen -- Leasing, s.r.o. Hodnoceno je zprvu financování osobního automobilu, následně financování letadla. |

| Abstract: | The thesis deals with the subject of leasing and credit financing of company investment. By means of comparative analysis, it aims to assess the preferable form of financing in conditions of the Czech Republic. The first part of the work is devoted to a detailed description of both forms of funding and their classification as well as their legal, tax and accounting aspects. The second part of the thesis focuses on market analysis and deals with developments in the volume of leasing and loan transactions, providing a commentary on significant changes in this area, and assessing advantages and disadvantages associated with both forms of financing, which a company should take into account when deciding on forms of investment. A sample analysis of the suitability of financing in case of particular offers of the leasing company Raiffeisen - Leasing Ltd. is executed using the method of discounted cash flow. Subject to analysis is first, financing of a car then, financing of an aircraft. |
