| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá sociálním pojištěním v České republice a ve Španělsku. První kapitola je úvodem do problematiky sociálního zabezpečení. Druhá kapitola popisuje prameny práva sociálního zabezpečení. Třetí kapitola se zabývá českým sociálním pojištěním, čtvrtá španělským. Pátá kapitola se věnuje komparaci systémů sociálního pojištění. Cílem bakalářské práce je porovnání sociálního pojištění v České republice a ve Španělsku a navržení možných změn právních úprav, které se v návaznosti na komparaci nabízí. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of social insurance in the Czech Republic and in Spain. The first chapter is an introduction to the topic of social security. The second chapter describes sources of the social security law. The third chapter deals with the Czech social insurance and the fourth chapter deals with the Spanish social insurance. The fifth chapter compares the social insurance systems. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to compare the social insurance system in the Czech Republic and in Spain, and to suggest possible changes in the law regulations which were discovered during the comparison. |
