| Abstract: | Pozornost této práce je zaměřena na problematiku týkající se úhradových mechanismů ve zdravotnictví v podmínkách České republiky. V první části je věnován prostor pro seznámení čtenáře s obecnou problematikou zdravotnictví a vybranými specifiky v řízení zdravotnických zařízení. Následující část obsahuje popis a vzájemné srovnání úhradových mechanismů. V poslední části je analyzováno nákladové šetření. Cílem práce je seznámit čtenáře s nejdůležitějšími aspekty konstrukce úhradových mechanismů a dopady na řízení zdravotnického zařízení. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor work is focused on the problems of financing of healt care in the Czech republic. In the first chapter, there is dedicated space to an introduction to the general issues of health services and to selected specifics of managing of hospitals. The next chapter contains description and comparing of reimbursement mechanisms. The last part analyzes cost survey. The goal is to acquaint readers with the most important aspects of construction the reimbursement mechanisms and with impacts to managing hospitals. |
