| Abstract: | Cílem této diplomové práce je ocenění společnosti Kofola a.s. k 1. 1. 2013. Hledáme objektivizovanou hodnotu podniku, která by mohla být podkladem pro jednání o jeho tržní ceně. Ocenění bude provedeno na základě výnosové metody, prostřednictvím dvoufázového modelu diskontovaných cash flow ve variantě Free cash flow to the firm. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. První, teoreticko-metodologická, teoreticky vymezuje celý proces a postup ocenění podniku, v druhé části nashromážděné poznatky prakticky aplikujeme. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this thesis is the valuation of the Kofola a.s. company as of 1. 1. 2013. We are looking for objectified enterprise value, which could be the basis for negotiations on its market price. Valuation will be made through a two-stage discounted cash flow model in option Free cash flow to the firm. The thesis is divided into two parts. First, the theoretical-methodological, where theoretical defines whole process of valuation of the firm and in the second part of thesis the accumulated knowledge is practically applied. |
