Praktická část je zaměřena na výzkum chování zákazníka v konkrétní firmě zabývající se online prodejem potravin a metodou použitou pro tuto část práce je kvantitativní výzkum trhu. Práce poskytuje náhled do praxe marketingového výzkumu trhu v oblasti poznávání zákazníka. |
