| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou problematiky daní v účetnictví vyučovaném na středních školách. Práce má několik částí. V první části práce rozebírá vzdělávací a výchovné cíle předmětu účetnictví, následuje pak rozbor rámcových vzdělávacích programů a školních vzdělávacích programů škol, ve kterých proběhl výzkum. Dále jsou vystiženy hlavní problémy, které mohou nastat při výuce daní. Výzkum, který je třetí částí práce, byl realizován pomocí dotazníků pro studenty i pro učitele. Výzkum zkoumal oblíbenost tématu daní, zda studenti při výuce pociťují nudu, která témata je baví a která naopak ne, a dále i jejich názory na zlepšení výuky látky o daních. Dotazníky se zaměřovaly i na propojenost znalostí mezi předměty účetnictví a ekonomika, na používání právních předpisů při výuce, a také jaké formy vyučování a jaká didaktická technika se při výuce používá. Z výsledků výzkumu bylo navrženo vlastní zpracování učiva o daních, které je poslední částí práce. To obsahuje nejen teoretickou základnu, ale také mnoho praktických příkladů s použitím dokladů a tiskopisů. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis analyzes taxes in accounting that are taught at secondary schools. The thesis is divided into several parts. The first part discusses the educational and pedagogical goals of the subject of accounting, which is followed by an analysis of the framework of educational programs and school curricula of those schools, which participated in own research. Furthermore, there is a description of main problems that may arise during the teaching of taxes. Own research as the third part of the thesis was carried out using questionnaires for students and teachers. Research examines the popularity of the subject of taxes, whether students are bored during the classes of taxes, which topics they are interested in and which not, as well as their personal opinions and suggestions on the improvement of teaching material for this subject. Questionnaires were focused on the connection of knowledge in between accounting and economics, the application of the legislative regulations in teaching, which teaching methods and which didactic techniques are used during the classes. The last part of the thesis brings own suggestions about elaboration of the curriculum of taxes on the basis of results of the research. This includes not only the theoretical basis, but also many practical examples of using documents and forms. |
