Abstract:
The goal of this thesis is to draft business plan for mass customized online shoes shop, analysing the potential of the idea and profitability of business model. (I) First part of the thesis is theoretical background and it is divided in three chapters: (1) background on what is business model and how to write a business plan, (2) mass customization and (3) online shopping. At the end of every theoretical chapter there is practical implication for the business plan of the new venture. (II) Second part of the thesis is the business plan. The aim of this part to draft business plan of the e-commerce offering customized shoes and answer the question whether there is a potential for this product given the business model. Business model is based on online selling of co-designed personalized shoes that are manufactured in Czech Republic and sold Europe-wide.

Abstract:
Cílem práce je načrtnout business plán pro e-commerce činné v oblasti personalizovaných bot (masová customizace), analyzovat potenciál této idey a profitabilitu business modelu. (I) První část práce je teoretická část rozdělená do tří kapitol: (1) business model a jak psát business plán, (2) masová customizace a (3) online shopping. Na konci každé částí je praktická implikace pro business plán této firmy. (II) Druhá část diplomové práce je business plán. Cílem této částí je načrtnout business plán e-shopu nabízejícího customizované boty a zodpovědět na otázku, jestli existuje tržní potenciál pro tento nápad vzhledem k navrženému business modelu. Business model je založený na online prodeji designových personalizovaných bot, které se vyrábějí v České republice a vyvážejí i na trhy západní Evropy.
