| Abstract: | Mezi oblasti, které stojí v popředí zájmů při úvahách o hledání úspor a růstu efektivity podniku, se řadí řízení oběžných aktiv, konkrétně zásob. Podniky si uvědomují důležitost zásob pro svoji činnost, ale také si jsou vědomy nákladů, které jsou se zásobami neodmyslitelně spjaty. Podniky proto hledají optimální výši skladových zásob s ohledem na existenci těchto dvou protichůdných faktorů a postupným zlepšováním své zásobovací a skladové logistiky se snaží snížit jejich nákladovost. |

| Abstract: | Management of enterprises searching for savings and business efficiency is interested in current assets especially stocks. Enterprises have realized the importance of inventory for their business activities but they are also aware of costs that are linked with it. That is the reason why they are looking for the optimal stock level respecting the two opposite factors. Consecutively improving their inbound logistics is one way how to reduce the costs. |
