| Abstract: | The main goal of this Master thesis is to evaluate whether the establishment of frozen yoghurt shop in Prague, Czech Republic, is feasible based on a developed business plan. The topic is approached both from the theoretical and practical perspectives. The theoretical part focuses on the topic of entrepreneurship as well as business model development and business plan theory. The practical part comprises of a business plan specifically developed for the frozen yoghurt shop topic, which is based on a complex research of the industry and the current market situation. The research findings are highlighted in the conclusion part along with the recommendation for further actions. |
