| Abstract: | Cílem práce je zpracování komplexního podnikatelského plánu a vyhodnocení jeho realizovatelnosti pro firmu zabývající se především službou vytvoření a dodání kvalitních pokrmů pro širokou veřejnost, obecně známou jako "krabičková dieta". Po úvodní části bude následovat teoretická část, kde budou nastíněna teoretická východiska, ze kterých se bude při sestavování podnikatelského plánu vycházet. Z praktické části práce vyjde konkrétní podnikatelský plán psaný z pozice jednoho ze zakladatelů společnosti, který bude určený primárně pro něho samotného a další dva společníky. Bude se věnovat všem oblastem podnikání souvisejících s co nejlepším startem a fungováním firmy, nebude chybět např. popis podnikatelské příležitosti, cíle firmy a vlastníků, firemní strategie, potencionální trhy, analýza konkurence, marketingová a obchodní strategie, realizační projektový plán, finanční plán, hlavní předpoklady úspěšnosti projektu, rizika projektu aj. V závěru diplomové práce budou shrnuty výsledky a bude vyhodnoceno splnění cíle práce. |

| Abstract: | The aim is to develop a comprehensive business plan and evaluate its feasibility for a company mainly engaged in the service of creation and delivery of quality food for the general public, commonly known as "box diet". After the introductory section there will be the theoretical part, which will outline the theoretical basis of creating a business plan. From the practical part will come out concrete business plan written from the position of one of the founders of the company, which is intended primarily for himself and two other companions. It will address all areas of business related to the best possible start and operation of the company as a description of the business opportunities and goals of the company owners, business strategies, market potential, competition analysis, marketing and business strategy, project execution plan, financial plan, the main assumption to the success, project risks, etc. In conclusion, then, I will summarize the results and evaluate the fullfilment of the thesis goals. |
