| Abstract: | Cílem diplomové práce je ocenění souboru ochranných známek dánského pivovaru Royal Unibrew A/S. Ochranné známky jsou oceněny především metodou licenční analogie a metodou podílu na zisku. Dále je rozvinuta úvaha o ekonomické přidanné hodnotě tvořené tímto souborem OZ a o Purchase Price Allocation kupní ceny pivovaru Hartwall, který byl k Royal Unibrew připojen v srpnu 2013 a soubor OZ rozšířil takřka o polovinu. |

| Abstract: | The aim of my thesis is to evaluate a portfolio of trademarks, which belongs to Royal Unibrew A/S. I am using basic methods for valuation of intangible assets as well as other considerations and calculations connected with economic value added by intangibles or purchase price allocation of Hartwall acquisition (took place in August 2013, and multiplied this portfolio of trademarks nearly twice). |
