| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je analyzovat revitalizaci výletního zámečku Větruše v Ústí nad Labem a definovat dopady obnovy objektu na ústecký region. Zejména vliv na cestovní ruch, životní podmínky obyvatel a na další aspekty regionální rozvoje. V teoretické části jsou shrnuty obecné poznatky o problematice brownfields, jejich definice, klasifikace, možnosti řešení a možnosti podpory. Druhá část práce se zaměřuje na brownfields v Ústí nad Labem. Především na zmapování objektů s konkrétními příklady brownfields. Důraz je kladen na průběh revitalizace Větruše, současný stav areálu a jeho přínos pro rozvoj regionu. Přínosy revitalizace jsou hodnoceny zejména na základě volně dostupných statistických údajů a dat získaných dotazníkovým šetřením. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyze revitalization of the chateau Větruše, situated in Ústí nad Labem and to define repercussion of the reconstruction on Ústí region. Escpecially the reprecussions on tourism, living conditions of inhabitants and other aspects of regional development. In the theoretical part there is recapitulated general knowledge about brownfields, its definition, classification, options of solving and the possibility of financial support. The second part of thesis is focused on brownfields in Ústí nad Labem. Primarily on charting of subjects with specific examples of brownfields. The emphasis is placed on process of revitalization of Větruše, on current state of chateau complex and its benefit for regional development. The benefits of revitalization are evaluated especially on base of freely avaliable statistical data and data earned by survey. |
