| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá zkoumáním a hodnocením skutečného stavu a vývoje daného podniku a také jeho srovnáním s odvětvím/konkurencí ve vymezeném časovém období. V teoretické části práce jsou vymezeny vybrané nástroje ekonomické analýzy sloužící ke zhodnocení celkové finančně ekonomické situace a její změny (horizontální a vertikální analýza, bilanční pravidla, analýza poměrových ukazatelů, metody komplexního hodnocení podniku), které jsou následně aplikovány v praktické části práce. Závěrečná část práce obsahuje shrnutí a vyhodnocení výsledků, na jejichž základě jsou vytvořena doporučení pro zlepšení ekonomické výkonnosti podniku. |

| Abstract: | This thesis deals with the investigation and evaluation of the actual state and development of the company as well as its comparison with the industry / competition within a limited time period. Selected tools of economic analysis are defined in the theoretical part and are applied in the practical part in order to assess the overall financial and economic situation of the company and its changes (horizontal and vertical analysis, balance sheet rules, ana-lysis of financial ratios, methods of comprehensive evaluation of the company). The final part contains a summary and evaluation of the results based on the recommendations made in order to improve the economic performance of the company. |
