| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá stanovením hodnoty společnosti Synthesia a.s. Práce je rozdělena do dvou hlavních celků -- teoretická část mé práce uvádí východiska oceňování, ukazuje postupy a popisuje metody ocenění, v části praktické jsou pak tyto poznatky využity pro stanovení hodnoty podniku. V praktické části této práce je nejdříve představena oceňovaná společnost, provedena strategická a finanční analýza podniku a po prognóze generátorů hodnoty následně sestaveny finanční plány, které jsou podkladem pro závěrečné ocenění metodou DCF. Závěrem mé práce je výrok o hodnotě podniku pro neznámého investora ke dni 1. 9.2014. |

| Abstract: | This Master's thesis deals with the estimation of the value of the company Synthesia a.s. Thesis is divided into two main parts - the theoretical part of the thesis presents the bases, shows procedures and describes the valuation methods, in the practical part this knowledge is then used to determine the value of the company. In the practical part of this thesis the valuated company is first introduced, the strategic analysis and financial analysis of the company are carried out and subsequently based on the forecast of value generators the financial plans are compiled, which are the basis for the final valuation by DCF method. As a conclusion of my thesis, there is a statement about the value of the company for unknown investor at 1 9. 2014. |
