| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je provést finanční analýzu společnosti Kofola a. s. na základě veřejně dostupných dat, zhodnocení finanční situace podniku a porovnání s konkurenčním podnikem a s odvětvím. Analýza je provedena za roky 2008 -- 2012. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí, na metodickou a praktickou část. V metodické části vysvětluji jednotlivé ukazatele a jejich výpočet, v praktické části již provádím samotnou finanční analýzu společnosti Kofola a. s. Výsledné hodnoty ukazatelů porovnávám s konkurencí a odvětvím. V závěru práce shrnuji výsledky provedené finanční analýzy. |

| Abstract: | The main goal of the bachelor's thesis is to perform a financial analysis of company Kofola a. s. based on public records, evaluation of financial situation of company and comparison with competing business and beverage industry. Analysis is performed for years 2008 -- 2012. The bachelor's thesis is divided into two parts, methodical and practical part. In methodical part I explain the indicators and their calculation, in practical part I perform the financial analysis of company Kofola a. s. I compare the resulting values of indicators with competitor and with beverage industry. In the conclusion I summarize the results of performed financial analysis. |
