| Abstract: |
The Body project is a combination of a knowledge base information system and a social network for cooperative research. The project centers on aspects of the innovative information system in the medical research and its processes. The project processes data in advanced computational centers. Its goal is to establish a dynamic model of a human body with all its details on the molecular level. This model will serve for purposes of testing various simulated scenarios and will modify itself with increasing data available. The data will be collected form medical centers and research centers of molecular biology. In the result this model will serve to fabricate tailored medications. The thesis includes detailed project management plan as well as the environmental, technical, and risk analysis. Two stages field research was conducted, and its implications were presented. |

| Abstract: |
Projekt The Body je informační systém kombinující management znalostní databáze a sociální sítě pro uplatnění ve výzkumu ve zdravotnictví. Cíl projektu je vytvořit dynamický model lidského těla na molekulární úrovni pro testování scénářů ve výzkumu. Data v projektu budou shromaždována z lékařských a výzkumných center zabývající se molekulární biologií. Model se bude upravovat podle dostupných dat tak, aby co nejvěrněji kopíroval procesy v lidském těle. V konečném důsledku bude model sloužit pro vytváření farmak na míru pacienta. Práce obsahuje detaily projektového managementu, hodnocení rizik, technickou analýzu a analýzu prostředí. Dále prezentuje dvoufázový terénní výzkum mezi vědeckými pracovníky ve zdravotním sektoru. |
