| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou uspořádání sportovní akce, konkrétně MS v lukostřelbě handicapovaných -- Nymburk 2009. Začátek práce je věnován teorii financování sportu handicapovaných, teorii externalit, jednotlivým druhům postižení a následně konkrétním kategoriím, ve kterých je možné v lukostřelbě handicapovaných soutěžit. V kapitole 2. 1 jsou popsány instituce, které představují zastřešující organizace pro MS v lukostřelbě handicapovaných. V této kapitole je částečně rozebrána i změna zastřešující organizace, tj. přechod od IPC pod FITA. Tímto přechodem a obecně změnou struktury IPC se podrobněji zabývá kapitola 2. 2, ve které jsou shrnuty i dopady této změny. Kapitola 2. 3 popisuje veškeré přípravy, které musely být učiněny před konáním MS, a činnosti, které zabezpečily hladký průběh MS. V kapitole 2. 4 jsou rozebrány jednotlivé položky rozpočtu MS v lukostřelbě handicapovaných, které jsou rovněž v této kapitole dále porovnány s příjmy a výdaji světového žebříčkového turnaje v lukostřelbě handicapovaných. Se sportem jsou spojeny externality a není tomu jinak ani u MS v lukostřelbě handicapovaných. Jaké externality s sebou MS přineslo, najdeme v kapitole 2. 5. Kapitola 2. 6 je věnována záležitostem, na které nebyl kladen při pořádání MS takový důraz, a které by bylo možné zlepšit. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor's thesis deals with the organization of sports events issue, namely the para-archery world championships -- Nymburk 2009. The beginning of the paper is devoted to the financing of sports for handicapped theory, theory of externalities, each type of disability and subsequently to specific cathegories, in which is possible to compete. The charter 2. 1 describes the institutions, that represent the umbrella organisations for the para-archery world championships. In this chapter is also the alternation of an umbrella organisation partially described, i.e. the transition from the IPC under FITA. This transition and structure change of IPC in general is dealt with in more detail in chapter 2. 2, in which the implications of this change are summarized. The charter 2. 3 describes all the preparations, that must have been made prior to the WCH, and activities, which ensured the smooth run of the WCH. In chapter 2. 4 are the individual items of the WCH in para-archery world championship's budget analysed, which are also in this chapter confronted with the revenues and expenditures of the world ranking tournament in para-archery. With sport are linked externalities and para-archery world championship is not different. What externalities WCH brought can be found in chapter 2. 5. The charter 2. 6 is dedicated to matters on which wasn't placed such emphasis in the organization of WCH, and to those that could be improved. |
