| Abstract: | Cílem této práce je identifikovat obecná strategická doporučení v oblasti udržitelné výroby, která jsou využitelná v automobilovém průmyslu pro ŠKODA AUTO a.s. a tato doporučení aplikovat na oblast energetické efektivity při výrobě. Práce si klade za cíl vyhodnotit roli energeticky efektivní výroby v kontextu strategie udržitelnosti v automobilovém průmyslu a identifikovat důvody a výhody, které z energeticky efektivní výroby plynou. Součástí práce je také katalog konkrétních opatření, která mohou být ve výrobě aplikována, a doporučení managementu pro účinné zavedení konceptu. |

| Abstract: | This thesis aims to identify general strategic recommendations within the concept of sustainable manufacturing, which are applicable in the automotive industry for ŠKODA AUTO a.s. and follow these recommendations in the area of energy efficiency in manufacturing processes. This text interprets the role of energy efficient management in context of sustainable manufacturing in the automotive industry and identifies motives and benefits that arise from energy efficient manufacturing. The thesis contains catalogue of specific measures, which can be applied in assembly processes, and management recommendations to implement the concept successfully. |
